Do you ship?

As a homebased baker porter county health regulations do not permit for me to ship your cookies out of state. I can however have your order packaged to ship for an additional fee if you are able to have someone pick up. Cookie by Kim LLC is not liable for any broken cookies during shipping.

Do you have open shopping hours?

At this time we do not have open hours unless we are having a pop up! Pick up times are only arranged for custom orders.

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

The earlier the better! Many times I am booked months in advance, especially around holidays! Dates are not held until invoices are paid in full!

Do you offer allergy friendly options?

Our standard recipe contains dairy, eggs and wheat! Cookie by Kim LLC shares a kitchen and equipment as a home based baker and can not guarantee there wont be trace elements.

How can I expect my custom order to be packaged?

All cookies will be individually packaged and heat sealed to maintain quality and freshness! Orders will then be placed in a box for transport! You may opt to add on ribbon or individual boxing per cookie for an additional charge.

Can your cookies be frozen?

Yes, absolutely! This is a great option if I am unavailable for your desired date! You may order for an earlier pick up date and freeze your cookies to maintain freshness! Additionally, if you have leftover cookies this is a great option to be able to enjoy them later as well!

Freezing Instructions:
1. Place cookies left in individual packaging into an airtight container or freezer bag and place into freezer. Be careful to not allow them to be crushed by other items!
2. The evening prior to needing cookies take out the container or bag from the freezer and set on a flat surface to defrost. It is extremely important that you do not open the container or bag prior to the cookies being completely defrosted! If the cookies are opened prematurely this could result in condensation altering the icing and design!
